We, as Proudfoot Leather and Lambskin, hope that you, as our customer are happy with the quality of the products and do not want to return our product. However if you are unhappy with our product then WE DO offer a full refund under the condition that the product is returned to us in it’s original state and with the tags still attached. As we do not charge for delivery, we therefore, cannot refund the postage charge for a return.


Directions on how to return your product:

1, Contact us via: sales@proudfootleather.com, state your name, product, size, colour, reasoning for return. (if you would like an exchange for different size, colour or style please note this in the email as well)

2, We recommend you send us the package tracked and keep any proof of postage.

3, Once we receive your return we will examine the product to make sure it hasn’t been worn and that it is in it’s original state.

4, We then will send you a confirmation e-mail to let you know your refund will be processed between 14 and 21 days.


We also offer an exchange or a credit note if you would prefer these.


In the unlikely event of the product being sent to you by accident or the product is faulty, we do not expect you to pay the delivery charge to return it to us; therefore we ask you to keep proof of postage so we can refund you the full amount. If you do not keep a proof of postage which clearly states our address and the amount of delivery we will not refund it.
